Real estate · Off-plan
Sell the apartment before the building exists.
3D websites for off-plan real estate developments. Buyers abroad turn the building, pick an apartment, see its view and price, and send an enquiry with the unit already filled in. Right in the browser, on a phone too.
Pick an apartment
A demo building with made-up units and prices. Tap a unit in 3D or in the plan, and drag to turn the building.

Why off-plan sells better in 3D
An off-plan buyer is often a thousand kilometres away, comparing your project with ten others on a phone. Renders and a PDF price list make them do the work: which unit is that, what does it look out on, is it still free?
A 3D website answers all three in one place. The buyer finds the apartment they want, sees the view from that floor and the price, and sends an enquiry your sales team can act on straight away.
What buyers can do
-
Turn the building
The development in 3D, built from your architect's models, with the sea, the pool and the street where they really are.
-
Pick a unit
Every apartment clickable in 3D and in a floor plan, coloured by availability that your team updates in one place.
-
See the view and price
The view from that floor and side, the size, the bedrooms and the price, so the buyer knows what they are asking about.
-
Enquire about that unit
The enquiry arrives with the unit, budget and timing filled in, in your inbox or CRM, at any hour.
Where we build for developers
-
The Albanian coast
Vlorë, Sarandë, Durrës and the Riviera, where most foreign buyers come from the EU and compare you with Greece and Croatia. Web design in Albania.
-
The Montenegrin coast
Budva, Tivat and the Bay of Kotor, priced in euros and sold to buyers who expect a marina-level standard. Web design in Montenegro.
-
The Caribbean
Condos and villas sold to buyers in North America and Europe, from the Cayman Islands to Bermuda.
-
Costa Rica
Beach and jungle developments for foreign buyers, in English and Spanish. We already built a 3D website for a Costa Rican company. Web design in Costa Rica.
Built for your sales team
The 3D is the part buyers remember. The part your team uses every day is what is behind it.
- Availability and prices from one spreadsheet or your CRM, so the site is never out of date.
- English plus the languages your buyers speak, with copy you or a translator supply.
- An AI chatbot that answers questions about units, sizes and timing, and passes serious buyers to your team.
- Fast on a phone, with quality that scales per device.
What does a 3D real estate website cost?
A complete 3D website starts from €2,500, and an interactive 3D world your buyers move through starts from €6,000, both excluding VAT. After one video call you get a fixed quote. All prices.
- Whether your architect's 3D models or CAD files can be used.
- How many buildings, floors and unit types there are.
- Whether availability comes from a spreadsheet, a CRM or both.
- How many languages the site needs.
Built with the same technology

We have not built a website for a real estate developer yet. The demo at the top of this page is our proof of what one would do.
How much does a 3D website for a real estate development cost?
A complete 3D website starts from €2,500 and an interactive 3D world from €6,000, excluding VAT. The price depends mostly on the models, the number of buildings and unit types, and how availability is managed. You get a fixed quote after one call.
Can you use our architect's 3D models?
Usually yes. We start from the architect's models or CAD files and make them light enough to run smoothly in a browser. If there are only drawings and renders, we model the building ourselves.
How is availability kept up to date?
From one place your team already uses, such as a shared spreadsheet or your CRM. When a unit is reserved or sold there, the website shows it.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Most buyers look on a phone first. We test on ordinary mid-range phones and scale the 3D quality per device so it stays smooth.
Can the site be in several languages?
Yes. English plus whichever languages your buyers speak. We write the English copy and work with copy you or a translator supply for the others.
How long does it take?
Usually a few weeks to a few months, depending on the models and the number of units. Ideally the site is live before sales open. After the first call you get a real schedule.
Opening sales
