Dispatchly
Carriers owe shippers money every time a parcel is late. Dispatchly finds that money. We designed and built everything a customer sees.
The brief
Parcel audit is a category of spreadsheets and grey dashboards. Most shippers never claim what their carriers owe them, because the deadlines are buried in legal PDFs and every carrier plays by different rules.
Dispatchly needed a brand with some teeth, a site that ranks for the questions shippers actually search, in their own language, and a dashboard an operations team opens every morning.
What we built
- Brand, motion and launch film
- Site in 7 languages with native URLs
- Carrier deadline reference for 24 carriers
- The customer dashboard
The hero is a hand-written WebGL globe with parcels arcing between cities. Behind it is a site that works as a reference: claim deadlines and liability limits for 24 carriers across 5 markets. Every figure links to its source and has a date it was checked. Where a carrier publishes nothing, the site says so instead of guessing.
Seven languages get native slugs (/de/preise, /fr/tarifs). Pricing shows dollars, euros or pounds depending on where you are. A check in CI keeps every translation catalogue at the same keys.
In the dashboard, customers work through tickets, shipments, carrier scorecards and webhooks. Carrier API keys are sealed in the browser before they ever leave it.
The Laravel backend is built by our partner developer. The brand, site, dashboard and film are ours.
Under the hood
