How much does a 3D product configurator cost?
A custom configurator starts from €2,500, excluding VAT. Where it ends up depends mostly on the 3D models, the number of options and whether the price and a shop connection are included. You get a fixed quote after a short call.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes. The configurator sits in your product page, and the customer's choices are saved with the cart item, so they show up in your orders. WooCommerce works the same way, and other shops can connect through their API.
Do you need 3D models of our product?
If you have CAD files or existing models, we start from those and make them light enough for the web. If not, we model the product ourselves from drawings and photos.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, when it is built for it from day one. We test on ordinary mid-range phones and scale quality per device, so it stays smooth everywhere.
How long does it take?
Usually a few weeks to a few months, depending on the number of options and whether the models exist. After the first call you get a real schedule, not an optimistic one.
Do you work with shops outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We work remotely, in English or Dutch, with clients in the UK, Costa Rica and elsewhere. Prices are in euros.
